The beautiful rural village of Goosnargh is certainly very old and was shown as Gusansaghe in the Domesday Book, going through many variations of this spelling until the current version was reached.
Goosnargh and Whittingham Village Hall is located adjacent to the expansive and impressive village green, and is an ideal venue for local community events and private hire. Easily accessible from Lancaster, Preston, Garstang, and Longridge, it also hosts a wide range of weekly events each operated and run by private individuals.

Our spacious Main Hall can comfortably seat up to 120 guests, making it perfect for parties, performances, meetings, and community events. It features a large stage, ample floor space, and a fully equipped kitchen with two serving hatches for easy catering.

Our upstairs meeting room can comfortably accommodate up to 15 people and features a large table with ample seating, making it ideal for meetings, workshops, or small group sessions.THE KITCHEN
We’re proud to offer a fully equipped kitchen with two serving hatches, making the Village Hall perfectly suited for both hot and cold food service. Cutlery and crockery are provided, and the hall can accommodate a seated banquet for up to 120 guests.
In addition, there’s a modern, separate servery ideal for hot and cold drinks or pre-prepared food, providing flexibility for all types of events.
